Living Areas and Entertainment
The Wilkinson consists of three main living areas, including the main lounge, a sea room and an outdoor setting/lounge. The main living room has its own smart tv with access to Youtube, Netflix, and any other device you can plug in. The Searoom is a great place to relax and read, and the outdoor setting can be opened up by using cafe blinds to allow the fresh sea breeze to enter the room. The outdoor setting has a barbeque, beer fridge and table. Great for barbeques and afternoon drinks with friends and family. The outdoor zone is fully enclosed and welcome pets to join you on your holiday. Free Wi-Fi is provided with the house, with download speeds of up to 100mbps, perfect for streaming or gaming.

Bedrooms
The Wilkinson consists of four bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 10 People. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Walk in wardrobe and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The Guest Bedroom has a king bed, and the last two rooms have a double and single bed in each room. All linen and towels are provided.

Dining
The Wilkinsons Kitchen consists of all essential appliances, a rice cooker, a deep frier, a slow cooker, a sam which press and all cutlery and crockery. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a hotplate.

Bathrooms
The Wilkinson has two bathrooms, including an ensuite for the Master Bedroom and an outdoor shower. Hot water is provided using an instant gas system, running out of hot water is not an issue.

Other
The Wilkinson includes a washing machine, dryer and clothesline for all your washing needs. There is a double garage and room for up to 2 cars in the driveway and a boat or other vehicle in the side bay. For fishing, there is a bait fridge in the garage, and we include several beach items available to guests, such as fishing rods, small kayaks, sand toys and snorkelling equipment. (boat is for size reference)
